Application Fee

The rental application fee is for the payment of the initial background check required to become a tenant of Stone Premier Properties. The charge is nonrefundable and does not guarantee a contract between the future tenant and the management company, Stone Premier Properties. Once payment is received you will be contacted by the management office in a timely manner. The payment page will redirect you to a secured third party page where the transaction will be processed. Once finished, you will receive a receipt for your order. Thank you.
